Step 7Īfter that, right-click on the Internet Connection there and select the properties option. You will find the change adapter option on the left side, so you have to open it up, as shown in the image below.
You have to go to the Network and Internet option and then navigate to the “network and sharing center”. To change it, go to the search bar right next to the windows menu, and there you have to type the control panel and then open it. If the issue remains, you have to change the DNS server because Windows didn’t get you the best DNS server a few times.
Now you have to close the command prompt, restart your PC, and check the downloading speed. It will restore your internet connection. Next, you will need to type the last command, “ ipconfig /renew” and press the enter key from the keyboard. You have to type the second command, “ ipconfig /flushdns” and press the enter key.
